6 Blog And Social Media Content Ideas For November For Your Small Business

Every month we send out a Creative Content Calendar for free - all you have to do is sign up for our mailing list. It has all the National Awareness Days and events that you could use as a springboard for your content on social media, blogging and pitching to the press. Want to know how to use these for your marketing? We wrote a blog called How to use national awareness days for your content creation which will help get you started.

Here are 6 ideas for content that you can use in November:

WORLD VEGAN MONTH (all month):

Over the next 30 days why not share useful advice and information about any links your brand has to veganism? This can be about the environment, your values or more details about a specific product.

GUY FAWKES NIGHT (5th):

You can have some fun today (and the lead up to this day) such as 5 ways to go out with a bang (fashion) or 5 ways to sparkle (makeup). If you're not a product-based business you could create a post such as 5 things that put out my spark or 5 ways to have an explosive launch.

SOCIAL MEDIA KINDNESS DAY (9th):

Take the time today to share advice on how to use social media for good and to spread some kindness. Maybe shout out and tag small businesses that are doing a fab job or remind your audience about the power of kind comments (and how they make you and your team feel).

WORLD KINDNESS DAY (13th):

Create a giveaway that is purely about giving back - so there is nothing in it for you. Or maybe raise some money for charity by creating an auction or doing fundraising.

WORLD HELLO DAY (21st):

Take the time today to say hi and to introduce yourself and your team to your audience Maybe share 2 truths and a lie to encourage interaction or share 3 funny things about yourself.

BLACK FRIDAY /BUY NOTHING DAY (24th):

Up to you which one you support - but if you have a product business now is the time to decide where you sit on this. If you want to create a sale - do it! If you are anti BF then - share why! Our advice is to choose your side - don't do an anti-Black Friday sale which is still a sale as your customers will be confused and also see through it!
